With a multitude of concerts all over the European continent and two very personal albums released respectively in 2018, ‘Peça Fugaç’, and in 2022, ‘Kitsch Cliché Olé’, Estruç is one of those bands capable of turning pop around and, with elegance, projecting their own sound universe, transporting us to another aesthetic dimension. Formed by Ota Quílez, Joel Santaeulària (Pingüill) and Marià Codina (Pingüill, El pèsol feréstec), the post-punk sensibility of the Olot trio is evident in songs of sui generis beauty, but angularly danceable, where we discover hypnotic melodies and a lyric as much their own as suggestive.
