After meeting at a mutual friend’s party, the connection between Clara Román -(Shortfin) Mako Shark-, Ernest Gómez (Salina, Wann, Lullavy) and Paloma Durán (Glitterhouse, Robot Emilio) has given life to one of those bands that are touched by the savoir faire of the stars, Walking Lands.
With numerous concerts behind them and two albums released to date, «We live and breathe on the same planet» in 2019 and «Are you coming?» in 2021, the Barcelona trio’s songs are like a logbook where they bravely reflect on our vulnerability.
The music of Walking Lands documents our daily struggle to live in peace with the planet and questions the complexity of our social realities, but it does so with simplicity, conciseness and elegance, with less is more as a banner and a crisply crystalline sound.
