Led from Xixón by Arantxa Carcedo (ESVA, Coru antifascista Al Altu la Lleva) and Alejandro Rodríguez (Pijamas Social Club, Kresy, Bep Kororoti), in a short time and with only two singles released, Ciudad Naranco has carved out a valuable niche in the alternative pop scene thanks to their melodic blend of post-punk with explicit elements of cold wave and synthwave, which now crystallises in their new single, titled «Uñas de emperador».
A dark anthem about the consequences of an erratic life and the repercussions it may have for loved ones, with which they preview «Avería», their debut album, soon to be released on vinyl and digital.
